The Nurseries B&B Fairford

A little bit about The Nurseries

The Nurseries is a family home and in a previous life was a flower and vegetable shop and before that a bakery. It has been the home of three families of ‘Smiths’ over the years, all unrelated! The Nurseries was built in the 1700’s and has solid stone walls approximately 600mm thick and is a three-bedroomed semi-detached house, with a conservatory built on in approximately 1970. The garden and other two houses in the cul-de-sac were originally the orchard and growing land which supplied produce for the shop.
Breakfast at the Nurseries B&B Fairford

All British and local produce

Anne will prepare a hearty and delicious home-cooked breakfast, which includes homemade compote with fruit grown in her garden, along with homemade marmalade. Breakfast is served in the cosy breakfast room or in the garden, weather permitting.
Fairford has a weekly market every Wednesday morning and is located in the Market Place, just a few yards from the Nurseries. It's the perfect opportunity to pick up some local produce for a picnic or presents to take home.
